As we near the crest of the holiday season, we find ourselves reflecting on the past. In 2020 Downing Van Dyke had a total of three attorneys, and we covered Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We now have seventeen employees, and we can serve you in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Rhode Island!

We hate to brag but…
We often say that our firm’s strength lies in our people, but you don’t just have to take our word for it, you can just ask the Housing Court leadership. Downing Van Dyke Partner Michael Louis was recently invited to present at the 2024 Housing Court Conference. This conference was attended by every Judge, Clerk Magistrate, Chief and Assistant Chief Housing Specialist for the entire Housing Court in Massachusetts. At the conference, Attorney Louis taught about the connection between the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and Fair Housing. By educating the Judges and Court staff on these issues, we can better handle such cases as they arise, thereby leveraging our expertise to achieve better results for you. It is pretty simple, when the Housing Court leadership was deciding which firm to choose to educate their staff, they chose Downing Van Dyke!
